Sriracha Tofu Bites
These honey sriracha tofu bites are perfect for meal prep. Toss tofu in sesame oil and cornstarch, air fry until crispy. Then, mix soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, vegan honey, sriracha, grated garlic, and ginger in a pan until thickened. Finally, toss the crispy tofu in the sauce and finish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy this sweet and spicy dish!
