- 150g ditalini pasta (or another small shape)
- 150g white beans
- 1 large carrot
- 1 stick of celery
- 0.5 an onion
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 bay leaves
- 1l of good vegetable stock
- Handful of kale
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (or parmesan if not vegan)
- Salt, pepper, chili flakes to taste
