Ingredients:

  • 1 pack @vegetarianbutcher what the cluck pieces
  • 1 red pepper
  • 0.5 a red cabbage
  • 2 pak choy
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 knob of ginger
  • Spring onion and sesame seeds to garnish
  • 300g cooked noodles
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 lime
