Ingredients for the congee:

  • 200g short grain rice
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 1 tbsp lemongrass paste
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1l stock

Toppings:

  • Soy roasted mushrooms (mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame oil)
  • Steamed edamame beans
