One of my absolute favourite comfort food dishes. Itβs called congee and itβs a savoury rice porridge that originates in Asia and my god is it good. Itβs the most cozy, warming delicious meal and very customisable.

- 200g short grain rice
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp lemongrass paste
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1l stock
Toppings:
