Cavolo Nero Chickpea Stew
Another one from my series of what I cook for myself as a personal chef whos had a long day at work and just cant be bothered. When it's cavolo nero season I'm always thrilled - this is a cosy but fresh cavolo nero and chickpea stew topped with stracciatella, plenty of lemon, olive oil and chilli and it is divine!

- 1 bunch of cavolo nero
- 1 jar of chickpeas (700g)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 0.5 a white onion
- 1 chilli
- 1 lemon
- 1 heaped tbsp stracciatella or other soft cheese (mozzarella/ricotta)
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
