Blistered Green Beans with Tahini

This recipe features blistered green beans tossed in a tangy soy, vinegar, and sesame dressing, served on a bed of smooth whipped tahini. The dressing includes sesame oil, garlic, rice wine vinegar, light and dark soy sauce, spring onion, and a pinch of sugar, while the whipped tahini is made with tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and water. The green beans are blistered in a hot pan, then tossed in the dressing before being placed on top of the whipped tahini. The dish is finished with chili crisp, sesame seeds, fried onions, and a squeeze of lemon for added flavour.
