Crispy roasted artichokes on a bed of herby marinated cannellini beans. The artichokes are roasted until charred and crisp after draining them from a jar, while the cannellini beans are mixed with finely diced onion, fresh herbs, lemon juice, and garlic. The dish is finished with a squeeze of lemon and served with crusty bread.
