Epic Tofu Schnitzel Sandwich
This recipe is for an epic schnitzel sandwich made with crispy tofu, flavourful slaw, pickles, and condiments, all packed into a toasted ciabatta roll. The tofu is coated in a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and spices, then fried until golden and crispy. The slaw is made with grated carrot, thinly sliced cabbage, mayo, lemon juice, and salt. - 0.5 tsp chilli flakes

- 0.25 of a red cabbage
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 0.5 a lemon
- 0.5 medium cucumber
