Epic Tofu Schnitzel Sandwich

This recipe is for an epic schnitzel sandwich made with crispy tofu, flavourful slaw, pickles, and condiments, all packed into a toasted ciabatta roll. The tofu is coated in a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and spices, then fried until golden and crispy. The slaw is made with grated carrot, thinly sliced cabbage, mayo, lemon juice, and salt.
