The sauce made from dark soy, light soy, rice vinegar, sweetener, and lime is mixed with cooked noodles and topped with crispy tofu chunks and garnished with sesame seeds and spring onion. Ginger, garlic, and spring onion are quickly fried in sesame oil before adding the sauce and cooked noodles. Easy to make and customizable with your favorite toppings.
