Sexy Spinach Dal

Sexy Spinach Dal

This recipe is for a delicious and nutritious spinach dal made with a combination of black lentils, puy or green lentils, and frozen spinach. The dish is flavoured with a blend of aromatic spices like black mustard seeds, turmeric, and cumin, along with the heat from red chili. The creamy texture is achieved by adding cream towards the end of cooking. The dish is garnished with roasted cashews, pickled onions, and fresh coriander for added flavour and texture. This hearty and flavourful dal is perfect for making in a large batch and enjoying throughout the week.
