Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies
This recipe is for delicious chocolate chip cookies that are dairy-free. It uses Flora Plant-based spread instead of butter to create a crisp outer edge and a soft gooey center. The dough is made with a mix of light brown sugar, caster sugar, vanilla bean paste, plant milk, plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, and good quality dark chocolate chunks. The dough is chilled before scooping and baking in the oven at 190°C for 10-12 minutes until golden. The cookies should be spaced at least 5cm apart on a parchment-lined baking tray as they will spread during baking. After baking, allow the cookies to cool for 10 minutes to firm up before enjoying.
