I am reeeeeally not a fan of brussel sprouts unless they are shredded and crisped up in the oven or shaved raw into a salad like this! This is my shredded sprout caesar and it is absolutely delicious! It's fairly simple, but a fab way to keep it seasonal and fresh this time of year!
