  • 1 shallot
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 700g cannellini beans
  • 50g or more of parmesan
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 0.25 of a stock cube
  • 175ml dry white wine

  • Big handful of cavolo stalks

  • 0.5 a lemon
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
