- 400g queen chickpeas
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp harissa
For the yoghurt:
- 3 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 small garlic clove
- 0.5 a lemon, juiced
For the olive salsa
- 2 tbsp black olives
- 2 tbsp green olives
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of salt
- squeeze of lemon to taste
For the pickled shallots:
- 1 shallot
- 0.5 a lemon, juiced
- salt
