  • 400g queen chickpeas
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp harissa

For the yoghurt:

  • 3 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 0.5 a lemon, juiced

For the olive salsa

  • 2 tbsp black olives
  • 2 tbsp green olives
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • squeeze of lemon to taste

For the pickled shallots:

  • 1 shallot
  • 0.5 a lemon, juiced
  • salt
