Welcome back to episode 2 of my leftover rice series! Today we’re doing what is arguably the best way to use up those rice leftovers - crispy rice! Crispy kimchi rice to be more precise, this recipe is great because it requires only a few ingredients most of which you would usually have lurking in the kitchen! You can obviously sub the jammy egg (mine was left a touch too long and is not as jammy as I usually have it) for some tofu!

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 0.5 an avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sprig spring onion
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
