Marinated Cucumber Cream Cheese Toast

Cucumbers are having a moment right now. One of my favourite ways to enjoy them is by using Biona Organic ‘s chia and flax rye bread as a base. It’s nutritious and it’s organic, meaning it’s made without the use of artificial chemicals or pesticides. I’ve added some cream cheese (mine was plant-based) and sweet, spicy, salty marinaded cucumbers on top. It’s fresh, crunchy delicious and so easy to throw together!
