Nutty Fruit Flapjacks

Flapjacks remind me SO much of my school days and that is what I love about food it can unlock core memories and take you back to another time. These are the perfect snack to have lying around whether to refuel after some activity or just enjoy with a cup of tea in the afternoon. They are the ideal going back to school lunchbox filler too! You can add whatever ingredients you want but I like a good balance of nuts, seeds and dried fruit for healthy fibre and a little protein! I’m using my favourite Flora salted to keep it dairy free, it is so versatile, works perfectly in baking and ensures you don’t miss out on flavour!
