Toasted Coconut Dark Chocolate Cookies
When I was working as chef, one of the ingredients that was most divisive was coconut. But usually in its raw form because as soon as I toasted it, minds would change! (Mostly) these are toasted coconut, dark chocolate and sea salt cookies. The coconut provides a subtle nuttiness and the salt really brings it alive! Give them a go!
