Ingredients:
- 150g glass noodles
- 0.25 red cabbage, shredded
- 0.5 nappa cabbage, shredded
- 2 bok choys, shredded
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp ponzu
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 0.5 lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- Pinch of sugar
To serve:
- 1 Avocado
- Sesame seeds
- 1 block tofu (crumbled tofu fried with soy sauce until charred)
