Ingredients:

  • 150g glass noodles
  • 0.25 red cabbage, shredded
  • 0.5 nappa cabbage, shredded
  • 2 bok choys, shredded
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp ponzu
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • Pinch of sugar

To serve:

  • 1 Avocado
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1 block tofu (crumbled tofu fried with soy sauce until charred)
