I am a bit of a Honey Head fiend, I always have several jars on the go and I love to drizzle it on anything and everything, namely this warming cinnamon and ginger French Toast with berries and pistachios.

Parmesan Beans and Lemony Cavolo

⏱️ 35 minutes | 🍽️ Serves 3

Parmesan beans and lemony, garlicky cavolo nero. Really beginning to feel like winter now, turtle necks and long coats are out and so are the beans so get ready for lots of mopping, scooping and bread breaking over the foreseeable.

Crispy Leeks and Lentils

⏱️ 45 minutes | 🍽️ Serves 2

We all know I am a sucker for beige food and this hit the spot! Crispy leeks on a bed of really hearty lentils, perfectly mopped up with bread or served alongside some sausages or crispy skin chicken, this was so good!

My Top Tip

Using pre-cooked lentils will make this a lot easier! The dish can also be batch-cooked and stored in the freezer; just do the leeks at the time you serve it.
