This Week's Recipes
Thai Green Curry Prawn Noodles
⏱️ 20 minutes | 🍽️ Serves 1
My hot (maybe not so hot?) take today is that pre-made curry pastes are highly underrated and quite frankly a life saver sometimes.
French Onion Spaghetti
⏱️ 45 minutes | 🍽️ Serves 2
This french onion spaghetti was absolute heaven, you must try it. Cooking the spaghetti in beef broth really changes the game I think. Let me know if you try it.

Harissa Chickpeas on Garlic Yoghurt
⏱️ 30 minutes 🍽️ Serves 3
Food that is mopped up with bread brings me great joy! These harissa chickpeas on garlicky yoghurt are perfect for that! Perfect for sharing but also perfect for eating alone!
My Top Tip:
Get the best quality harissa you can find! I love the Belazu Rose Harissa - it provides a slow-burning chilli heat perfect for any dish, and should be a welcome addition to any pantry.
